helpful concierge hotel location coffee machine free water
the hotel location felt great for me. its at the end of the strip, so theres less crowds of people walking around i loved that. plus, warren at the concierge desk was super helpful and gave me a bunch of ideas for things to do.
there wasn't a coffee machine in my room, that bummed me out and they didn't give free water either. i mean, we are in the desert. i think, that's not good. i think that they need to add coffe makers and give free water

empty bottle tip charge
the breakfast at jardin met my expectations for a tasty start to the day.
they didn't replace the body wash in the shower after i used it. Instead, they just closed the empty bottle and put it back. also, the complimentary food voucher didn't include the tip. I tipped generously, but they still charged me for it at checkout.

really good hotel
meticulous maintenance comfortable bed
i appreciated the meticulous maintenance found throughout the hotel. the service was perfect. i also enjoyed the spacious room. the bed was very comfortable.
i noticed a lack of shade around the pool. umbrellas required an extra fee. this limited pool enjoyment when the sun was strong

the rooms were wonderfully spacious with great views. they also provided clean, quiet surroundings. the room service was very responsive and friendly to all our requests.

i found several restaurants on the hotel, and they all were very good. jardin restaurant particularly stood out for breakfast. the food quality seemed high, and the service was very attentive.
